Service-Activated Roadside Assistance

From 22 July 2025, BYD will introduce its new roadside assistance partner.

What Does This Mean for You?

For Vehicles Delivered On or After 22 July 2025:

• 12 months of complimentary roadside assistance from the delivery date.

For Vehicles Delivered Before 22 July 2025:

• Existing 12-month complimentary roadside assistance remains active.

For Extended Roadside Assistance Contracts:

• Existing contracts remain unaffected and fully honoured.

This enhanced program ensures seamless roadside assistance for BYD drivers.

Your $1,000 order fee is fully refundable. Please contact your local dealer for further details.

You may discuss trade-in options with your local dealer when they contact you in the weeks leading up to your vehicle's arrival.

The ATTO 3 and Dolphin currently support V2L (Vehicle-to-Load) capability. V2H (Vehicle-to-Home) and V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) are not currently available but may be introduced in future models. Once available, these features will be clearly listed in the product brochure.
