Across the four days of LIV Golf Adelaide 2026 (12/02/26 – 15/02/26), attendees can enter for the chance to win a brand-new BYD SEALION 8 Dynamic FWD valued at $60,485.46* by visiting the BYD site in the Fan Village and completing an entry.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and procedures that apply to the BYD Hole in One Competition at LIV Golf 2026 and Prize Draw (the "Competition") being promoted by Performance 54 Pty Ltd
ACN 664 523 139 of Level 8, 81 Flinders Street, Adelaide SA 5000 and
BYD Australia Pty Ltd, ABN: 82 166 009 687, Suite 401, 2 Lyonpark Road, Macquarie Park NSW 2113, Australia (the "Promoter").
2. The Competition is open to all ticketholders of the LIV Golf Adelaide event held from
12th to 15th February 2026 (“Event”) that are at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driver's license, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the Competition (“Participants"). Event attendance is mandatory to enter.
3. Each Participant shall only be permitted to one entry into the competition during the promotional period.
4. The BYD Hole in One Competition (the "Promotion") begins at
6:59 AM ACDT on Thursday, February 12, 2026 and ends at 4:59 PM ACDT on Sunday, February 15, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").
5. Entry into the Competition is gained by scanning a BYD branded QR code, or visiting
https://bydautomotive.com.au/livgolf-competition/ and completing the online entry form. Participants must provide the details on the entry form. No additional fees are required to enter the Competition.
6. If a professional golfer scores a hole-in-one during the official tournament rounds of the Event (“Hole In One”), one (1) randomly selected Participant from the pool of eligible ticket holders will win a

Pricing may vary by state due to differences in on-road costs) (the “Prize”). There is only one prize available.
7. If a Hole In One occurs, the draw for the Prize will be held at
7:00 PM (ACDT) on Sunday 15 February 2026 in the Grange Room at The Grange Golf Club located at White Sands Drive, Grange, South Australia 5022 (“Draw”). The participating venue will not offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol in line with relevant state liquor authorities.
8. Within 7 days of the Draw, the winner will be notified by the Promoter in writing via the contact information provided at the time of entry into the Competition. The winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the Prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification. The selected winner must provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim the prize.
9. If a winner is disqualified to claim the Prize, there will be no unclaimed prize draw.
10. Within 30 days of a winner claiming the Prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter shall publish the last name, first initial and postcode of the winner online at
https://bydautomotive.com.au/livgolf-competition/, except for any winner who has requested that their name and postcode not be so published.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.
12. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or other prizes, except at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
13. Participants consent and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy
(https://bydautomotive.com.au/privacy-policy) and to the collection, use and storage of any Participant’s information, including name and image. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Promoter to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
14. By entering the Competition, each Participant releases and holds the Promoter and its affiliates harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
15. The Prize is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
16. By entering the Competition, the winning Participant acknowledges that it is responsible for the insurance, collection, maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the Prize (subject to any manufacturer's warranty).
17. If for any reason any aspect of this Competition is not capable of running as planned (technical failure, fraud, etc.), the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to State or Territory regulation.
